If you are eager to discover traditional Belgian recipes, indulge yourself by sampling the "blanquette de veau à l'ancienne” (traditional blanquette of veal), or even taking on those inimitable Flemish carbonnades (a succulent meat stew).

If instead your palates aches for new flavours, delight yourself in the Southern steak tartare or even try the « chtiramisu », a Northern French take on that classic Italian dessert!

And besides these, the chef also suggests cold or hot tartines (toasted sandwiches) made to order, pasta and gratins, and a selection of home-made desserts for the gluttons!
