Cool Bun - As with all great stories, that of Cool Bun also starts with once upon a time...once upon a time there was a dish born in the USA, once upon a time there was a culinary ambassador made in the USA, it was the hamburger.

A kind fairy, sent the hamburger to Europe. In Brussels, the hamburger met its prince charming: Pierre. This lover of all things organic and a disciple of slow food could not resist for long the charm of this tasty morcel of meat captured between two pieces of bread and looking so enticing. He decided to refine it.
