In a room of more than 450m² divided in 3 parts, get to the cardio-vascular space which allows you to improve your physical condition or loose some weight. Moreover, you could slim down or develop the muscles of your body having the chance to use the latest muscular devices. Participate also at the collective classes(27 hours of classes per week), among which the Pilates, the Body-Attack, the Body-Pump and "Freestyle" are the most known.
