La Manufacture is situated in the old Delvaux workshops, halfway between the "Bourse" and the channel. This restaurant has 2 rooms which can serve for dinners, cocktail parties and seminaries. 140 dinner guests can sit at table at the first floor and 120 in the mezzanine.

Since 1990, the place charms you with its décor (exclusively in noble materials), and by the extraordinary feeling of comfort and light that it exudes. The dining area is on two floors with a total of 230 place settings, and in the summer months, a bamboo garden caters for 80 lucky diners. On the menu you will find classical French cuisine with an oriental twist, delicately accompanied by fine wines from around the world, not forgetting of course, the world of French wines. Surprises guaranteed! Menus for groups range (including aperitif, wine and coffee) and lunch (two courses and coffee). Banquet and reception rooms. Booking (strongly) recommended.
