A range of salad choices such as duck fillet, mango and nut, sautéed beef with soya, or crunchy vegetables and coriander are served alongside the kind of delicious home-made hamburgers which are rare in this city. Their main ingredient is pure minced beef with herbs (flat parsley and coriander).
