The Chef

Coming from Madagascar, he had always been soothed by the culture and the spices of Madagascar... Indeed, Thierry Rabe has always known what he would do with his life. Cooking was an obvious fact. From 10 years, he has been doigt it with creativity and passion and had learnt how to deal with the Madagascan cooking at a well-known hotel.

The results ? A cooking flavoured by the Madagascan spices. From ginger to black pepper or soft curry, vanilla, cinnamon... Blended and matched skilfully, the aromas reveal all their wonders in a firework of flavours.
