A bored businessman with an epicurean passion, after spending fifteen years or so travelling through the economy, Alessio Castriota dropped all his deals and meetings to come and offer us the very best of Italian gastronomy. Inaugurating a house style which is incredibly rare in Belgium, although Italy is crammed with this kind of osteria, which are at the same time restaurants and wine bars. On my right is the plate: faithful to Italian traditions, the latter puts simple, tasty Italian dishes at the top of the bill. On my left is the glass: plenty of vintages which are unknown in our country, a passionately drawn-up wine list, full of discoveries.
