The Jaloa Brasserie aims to present everything that is traditional franco-belge gastronomy with starters of 12-17 euros and main courses between 19 and 22 euros to which he adds specialities and daily dishes. The 'cherry on top' is the superbe display of oysters, the only display in St Catherine provided by a restaurant! It's a must to taste them either at home or sur place.So to sum up: All Gaetan Colin's experience and talent as well as the intimate esprit Jaloa are rolled into this delightful every day affordable version.
