Le Saint Boniface is a success for its kitchen as well as for its decoration. This original brasserie has been opened since 1987, serving delightful local products in an atmosphere which combines Lyon corks and Parisian bistro.This is a family company, passionately run by a couple. Philippe, the chef, will prepare you specialities like the Parmentier of blood Basque sausages, the hollowed oysters from Cancale, Parisian mock turtles, confit of duck, black pork or Lyon salami. And Véronique will take care of you and your orders.
Le Saint Bonifaceis one of these restaurants where you always come back, because of ' the welcoming, the delightful French kitchen, the culinary discoveries and its elaborate and vivid decoration.
And if you don't have plenty of time in the evening, do not panic because Le Saint Boniface is also open everyday at lunch time!
