"Culture Food" ,this new concept, which places emphasis on the products used, cook food to a minimum in order to release the more delicate flavours. A dynamic gastronomic experience, that's what the Museum Restaurant is offering.
A cosy and intimate atmosphere awaits. Large leather sofas, an exceptional view on the Place Royale, an unobtrusive service and a decor that is in perfect keeping with the restaurant will make your trip to the Museum unforgettable.

As for flavour, the cuisine is international, inventive and creative. A diverse range of products that follow the seasons are carefully chosen and cooked to perfection.

The menu

Colour is immediately apparent: An exceptional menu, designed in collaboration with Franck Mischler, the two-star Michelin chef from Alsace.

To orientate you a bit, imagine the surprising "Sucettes de Chimay", or even Brussels waffles with asparagus. Perhaps a "tartare combining 3 styles" appeals to you? Or maybe the fish will tempt you, especially the sea bream baked in a salt crust...

For something sweet, you can choose between the "Cozna Vera" desserts by Marc Veyrat with a succulent Tiramisu or an apple mousse.
Or be tempted by the lemon tart or the "Paris-Brest revisited", for example.

If this has already made your mouth water, imagine the refined flavours of these dishes once they are on your plate...

The room

The first large dining room overlooking the Place Royale can seat up to 30 people.
A second room, still with a view on the Place Royale, can seat between 10 and 12 people, and can be hired for private events.
Finally, on the first floor, a private dining area can seat between 16 and 18 people and can be hired for an exquisite gourmet meal in an intimate setting.

It is also possible to reserve both floors of the restaurant, which can receive up to 150 guests. Group menus are available on request. What better way to celebrate a special occasion?

A superb wine list is also available and a Grande Cru from France or further afield could accompany your meal.
