Located on the place Flagey, "Le Variétés" gets his inspiration from the old Maison de la Radio for its interior decoration.
One will also find the famous "Zebrano" walls, the same chairs and even some ornaments similar to the outside building. In the middle of the main room stands a sizeable roaster next to a completely open kitchen. Specialities of the house, chicken on spit and ham with mustard, have brought fame to the restaurant. A special mention for the "tartar of beef couteau with fresh herbs" and the "moelleux au chocolat", among the best in town! This place gets a cosmopolitan clientele and fills up depending on the timetable of the different surrounding shows. Another special mention for the international wine list, quite affordable (from 17, 50 euros).
