There are two words to define the Association of Young European Restaurateurs (JRE): talent and passion! Open to chefs aged under 35, passionate about fine eating, distinguished by several national guides and owners of their own restaurants, this association defends culinary art and good living throughout Europe. A partner of the JRE internationally, S.Pellegrino, the gourmet's favourite mineral water, supports the Young European Restaurateurs in all of their activities.
