100% Brussels-made crepes
In the land of waffles and chocolate, crepes only get to be queens once a year. That is for the "Chandeleur" on February 2nd, when they announce the (timid) comeback of Spring and light.

Crepes, also called blinis or galette, are a reference to the sun, by their shape and their golden color. As a starter, a main course or more classically a dessert, everyone can find a crepe for his/her taste. With a little imagination, they can even become trully Belgian: add some pils beer in your dough and you will obtain beer crepes

Creative crepes

Don't waste the rest of the beer. Drink it of course. Perhaps you will find the creativity to give a shape to your crepes. BrusselsLife.be tried it for you. Have a look, don't be too harsh and take up the challenge yourself. Who will be the first to send us an Atomium-shaped crepe?

If you're really talented at it, why not try the Beatles, Jacques Brel or your favorite celebrity.

Are you too tired and lazy to cook? Pick up your phone to make a reservation in one of the many creperies (crepes restaurants) in Brussels or try to track down the only Brussels foodtruch entirely devoted to crepes: Ty Penty.
