A new gay event is born. An original evening is planned exclusively for you, Mister and Mister, Mrs and Ms every Sunday's. Absolutely M, the Chaussée de Louvain's new nighttime steamboat, situated in the mythical Mirano Continental, a former cinema with 1950's Hollywood architecture (the building is now listed). Rachida and her team have been having a lively time over the past few weeks setting up this new venue for clubbers. She is surrounded by imaginative and creative people, DJs and divas, creatures, aficionados and other Mad Hatters!
This special event, a natural evolution in Rachida's style of nighttime living carrying on from the well-known Planète Chocolat's 'Thés Dansants', will turn the spotlight on to Sunday nights with the familiar friendly ambience that typifies all Rachid's events.The two resident DJs, Junior Cortez and Simon le Saint, will be joined by several others for the Opening Night, serving up an unapologetic disc-spinning mix of house, disco, pink, r'n b, comedy, latino and farandoles throughout the evening.
The night will be alive with 'happenings': on the dance floors, on the stairs, on the bars and hanging from the ceilings thanks to the collaboration of a dynamic team of stage and dance floor artists who share a common dislike for the mundane and unoriginal.
Absolutely M will be one of the biggest gay clubbing events in Brussels. It will provide Sunday evening entertainment for anyone looking for a change, for fun and daring, for an exuberant environment; for evenings that are completely excentric, completely exotic and completely gay - Absolument M!
