Just a stone's throw away is the world's most beautiful automobile circuit, Spa-Francorchamps. Jump behind the wheel of your racing cars and after having taken the unique and mythical 'Raidillon' bend, be sure to put on your walking shoes and discover the circuit along the paths that surround the area. With the weather getting colder by the day, you will enjoy the warmth of the local Spa-Francorchamps museum. See some of the circuit's most famous engines, a 1926 Amilcar, a glorious 1925 F.N. 1300 and a Bugatti.
But the region is also famous for its vast untouched stretches of nature. The Natural Reserve of the 'Hautes Fagnes' stretches out for more than 4000 hectares and is the perfect spot for Sunday walks. You will be able to spot roebuck, fallows, wild boars and black grouses (an endangered species) in the middle of this peat bog surrounded by woods and rivers. So keep your eyes peeled...
