BIFFF is 30 years old
The 30th edition of the BIFF will contain all the festival's main ingredients since its first edition: vampires, zombies, werewolf, new kind of monsters, crazy thrillers, features 'où-c'est-qu'on-doit-réfléchir', expected sneak previews, Troma, Nikkatsu, unclassified and rare works, dreams, poesy, fairy worlds which will take us back to our childhood, just one night...
On the bill
BIFFF schedules movies competing in an international, an european, a 7th parallel and a thriller selection. But there will be out of competition movies too, a focus dedicated to Denmark and another one to Honk-Kong! The opening will be very sordid with 'The Raven' of Jame Mc Teigue.
At the BIFFF you can be scared during the big screen's movies and during the master classes, the 'Nice to be dead' exhibition, the Fearless Vampire Killers, or during the Fantastic Movie's Night...
Drakulen Pis
In order to celebrate the BIFFF's 30th anniversary, Manneken Pis will be dressed as an incontinent vampire. It will only last one day, so follow his lead: wear your vampire costume and take a picture of you and Drakulen Pis. You will win your ticket for the Vampires Ball of the 13th April.
We are ready to live a new edition of the Brussels Film Festival. It's the 10th since it has settled in Flagey. And this year again, the programme promises to be dense and rich, in order to satisfy all your expectations.
