The vintage 2013 is henceforth known, not of big revolution, no great surprise! Brussels, European capital, is always an orphan of one three macaroons... Karmeliet in Brugge and Hof Van Cleve in Kruishoutem and Hertog Jan continue to hold the height of the pavement of the Belgian gastronomy by keeping the biggest distinction. In Brussels, the summit of the gastronomy thus peaks in ★ ★ stars. We thus find in the summit the following establishments: Comme chez Soi, Sea Grill and the Chalet de la Forêt.
