Start to Run is a training programme for starting to run.
Advised and supervised by specialists, you will manage to run a distance of 5 km after only 10 weeks.
The programme's cocktail is simple: gymshoes, a coach, motivated people, judicious advice, a sympathetic environment, stretching, limbering up exercises, wellbeing after each session, and a progressive improvement of your physical condition... Start to Run is addressed to the hesitant, to accomplished sportspersons, to girls who feel that they're a little overweight, to young people, to less young people, to the princesses of the track, to guys who are a little short or breath, and to you! In short, it's for "Mr and Mrs Everyone"!
The sessions usually take place in the evenings during the week or at weekends. There are two 10-week sessions per year.
The ambition to run 5 kilometres becomes a stage and no longer the goal.
So, out with your gym shoes! And "Start to Run"!
