faire le plein d&#039;\u00e9nergie. Apr\u00e8s eux, les \u00c9gyptiens assaisonnaient le fameux breuvage d&#039;\u00e9pices et de fruits. Ensuite, l&#039;Europe m\u00e9di\u00e9vale a pris le relais avec les moines qui, depuis le fond de leurs abbayes sont pass\u00e9s ma\u00eetres dans l&#039;art brassicole. Aujourd&#039;hui, la bi\u00e8re est devenue qu\u00eate de perfection et l&#039;innovation. La Belgique compte environ 180 brasseries dont deux situ\u00e9es \u00e0 Bruxelles.\n                <\/div>\n\n                <div x-data=\"{}\">\n                <\/div>\n\n                \n                <div class=\"prose prose-article max-w-none text-lg lg:text-base text-gray-700\" x-ref=\"bodyContent\">\n                    <p><\/p>\n                    <p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les bi\u00e8res se rangent dans trois cat\u00e9gories qui correspondent chacune \u00e0 un processus de fermentation: la fermentation basse (les pils), la fermentation haute ( les trappistes, ambr\u00e9es....) et la fermentation spontan\u00e9e sans levure ajout\u00e9e (les lambics). Ce qui explique l'\u00e9ventail de saveurs et de nuances de robes de bi\u00e8res existantes.<\/p><p>Pour vivre une exp\u00e9rience ultime de d\u00e9gustation, le verre a toute son importance. Le contenant est presque aussi crucial que le contenu. Chaque bi\u00e8re doit \u00eatre servie dans le verre qui lui est propre: tulipe, conique, ballon, fl\u00fbte, calice, chope... Voila de quoi combler votre soif.<\/p><h2>Les bi\u00e8res brass\u00e9es \u00e0 Bruxelles<\/h2><p>Quelles sont les bi\u00e8res bruxelloises par excellence? Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question, commen\u00e7ons par les brasseries install\u00e9es dans la ville. Vous serez peut-\u00eatre surpris d'apprendre qu'une v\u00e9ritable \u00e9lite du brassage est install\u00e9e \u00e0 Bruxelles. Ils produisent \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle avec des m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles qui donnent \u00e0 leurs bi\u00e8res un go\u00fbt fort, complexe et unique. <\/p><p>Si la Brasserie de la Senne se targue d\u2019obtenir des bi\u00e8res am\u00e8res, la signature gustative de Cantillon est r\u00e9solument plus acide. Dans un futur proche, de nouvelles micro-brasseries verront peut-\u00eatre le jour gr\u00e2ce au Brussel Beer Project.
