On the right path for a fine meal
At the edge of the Bois de la Cambre, enjoy this magical location and savour refined cuisine
In a subdued colonial atmosphere, Thierry Van Damme and Michel Grenier's new flagship brasserie now whets the appetite by focusing on the excellence of a menu that rejoices in everything home-made.
The magic of childhood and games is focused once again in the Bois de la Cambre, beside this beautiful Anglo-Norman facade, topped with awnings, that offers calm, space, parking, but also a huge playground for children, coupled with a roller skating rink. Two large rooms with a capacity of 110 covers, play the colonial card with their Scottish patterned carpet and many trophies of wildebeest, kudu and antelope. In the kitchen, Adrien Schurgers gives pride of place to the brasserie repertoire, while offer enticing creations which give is a taste of his career at Bruneau and the Maison du Bœuf at the Hilton. As for the wine cellar which has taken over the former cloakroom, some 140 varieties make up a veritable treasure trove in which great Spanish wines and some prestigious wines, quite a few from Bordeaux and the Côtes du Rhône, can be found. The Brasserie de la Patinoire is the ideal place to see the snow fall in winter, to soak up the sun in summer and to enjoy a good meal at any time.
