Schaerbeek: the town has inaugurated 3 000m ² of green lawn in the park Josaphat just for your dog! He will have the pleasure of running without a leash while you relax on one of the many benches made available.
In 2019, the majority of roads with the exception of some major roads will become a 30km / h zone. This new measure has been adopted by the municipality at the request of residents who suffer from repeated accidents.
Ixelles: the place of Luxembourg is in the spotlight ... not for its "afterworks" this time but for the awnings of the establishments located on the square. The Ecolo group, initiated by the municipal councilor Yves Rouyet, requests the removal of awnings. According to him, awnings and arbors "denature the classified real estate heritage of the place, hinder mobility, scandalously privatize public space and constitute unfair competition for other businesses." Another place is also in the spotlight: Place Flagey. Last month the municipality voted a ban on alcohol between midnight and 8am from March to October but now, this communal decree would prohibit the use of terraces after midnight.
Molenbeek: the town inaugurates this Saturday, April 14 a brand new cultural venue "L'uZinne". This cultural space will be dedicated to alternative culture for a period of one year. UZinne is located in a former warehouse along the canal at 75 quay industry.
City of Brussels: the pedestrian begins to be blooming since this beginning of the week. Renovations of the downtown boulevards finally come to life. We can not wait to see the final result!
Uccle: Since January, the new 100% biodegradable green bags are on sale only in the Brussels recyparks. The municipality of Uccle has decided to make life easier for garden holders, they can buy green bags directly at the town hall.
Jette: the town inaugurates, Monday, April 16, a new underground parking located on Queen Astrid place. This car park will accommodate 200 cars and will offer a rate per minute but most of this parking is the provision of alcohol test next to the terminals!
