Choro Workshop - Brazilian music

The Choro's workshops invite you to discover and learn the richness of Choro - traditional instrumental music from Brazil. Sylvain Boisvert and Everton Rodrigues, both with long experience as musicians and teachers, offer to help you acquire the rhythmic, harmonic and melodic bases of this musical genre in the friendly atmosphere of Pianofabriek and an atmosphere imbued by this beautiful and happy music. In order to provide a complementary education to the workshops and new musical experiences, a Choro Roda ("Choro's jam session") and a masterclass (by invited musicians, renowned and specialists in this music) are organized each month. Musicians of all levels and instruments are welcome.
