The event brings regional policy practitioners to Brussels for the key annual public event on regional policy in Europe. Organised by the European Committee of the Regions (CoR) and the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO), this year's edition takes place from 8 to 11 October 2018.
Under the slogan 'For a strong EU Cohesion Policy beyond 2020' and with a programme of more than 170 working sessions, the 16th #EURegionsWeek will be a key platform where the views of European regions and cities on topics such as the EU budget and the legislative proposals related to Cohesion Policy and rural development, as well as the future of Europe in a regional and local perspective will be gathered and presented.
The Square conference centre (Mont des Arts/Kunstberg, 1000 Brussels) is the central venue of this year's #EURegionsWeek.
Find out more and register on www.regions-and-cities.europa.eu by Friday 28 September.
