The music of Kaleidoscopes is mainly based on compositions and proposals by Alexandre Furnelle and Daniel Stokart. Although heavily influenced by contemporary jazz and "classical" music, the tracks also draw their source from minimalist music and other contemporary approaches. Dreamlike atmospheres are predominant. Alongside the written parts, open areas for improvisation allow everyone to express themselves freely. The border between writing and improvisation is therefore not always clearly noticeable. Kaleidoscopes is a group where generations, genres and musical universes merge to the greatest joy of music.
