Pic Nic The Street!

Pedestrians are putting their foot down! After assembling several times on the Boulevard Anspach in summer of 2012 and 2013, they are doing it again. This time, it’s about protesting the road that is to be built around the Bourse, in order to make up for the future pedestrian area that will take over around the Bourse.  In addition to all of the support from Francophone groups who have joined preparatory committees since the first edition of Pic Nic The Streets, the organizers are hoping to rally more Brussels inhabitants to the cause.

Program

To ensure a successful party: musical performances, human pyramids, and mobile cuisine to bring a special touch to your picnic.

You will be able to take advantage of this public space where cars aren’t allowed, at least for the moment…

Take part in this giant picnic or take a walk along Boulevard Anspach. Whatever you do, the road is yours, and you will want it to stay that way!
