The European Society for Pigment Cell Research (ESPCR), was founded in Italy in 1985. It aims at the promotion of the interdisciplinary knowledge on the pigmentary system, including both normal and pathological conditions.
The Society provides the forum for interactive discussions by bringing together basic researchers and clinicians from various disciplines, including developmental biology, biochemistry, cell, and molecular biology, immunology, pharmacology and toxicology, chemistry and physics.
This year the meeting will take place in Brussels, on September 12-14, 2019 and we have the great privilege to host this meeting at the prestigious Palais des Académies, situated at the heart of Brussels.
The program of the Congress will extend over 3 days and will combine research sessions as well as clinical sessions, focusing on all the pathologies linked to melanocyte, from dermoscopic diagnosis to melasma treatment, from vitiligo to melanoma, all conducted by internationally renowned experts and heads of clinics.
On Saturday 14 September, through the collaboration of the international prevention program Euromelanoma and of the IDS (International Dermoscopy Society).
Before the ESPCR Congress activities start, on 12 September the 2019 Naevus International Conference will take place in the same venue.
The full scientific program of the event is constantly updated and available on www.espcrcongress.com
