First Light ✦ dancing in the dark ✦

First Light is having its first edition on a Saturday morning. Be that person who rises before everyone else and gift yourself the a different Saturday morning. Here is the schedule:

✨ 10:00am - doors open & registration

✨ 10:30am - doors closed

✨ 10:45am - lights off - one hour dancing in the dark session.

✨ 11:35am - candle lights cooldown

✨ 11:45am - meditation (bring your own yoga mat or towel to lay down comfortably)

What is First Light?
First Light is a healthy morning dance party. Yeah, the one where you get up early for and dance completely sober.

What happens when you dance in the dark?
It's just amazing as you loose complete sense of inhibition as you know others cannot see you!

Will you bump into others?
No, it will be dark enough to still see silhouettes of people making sure you stay in your own space.

What should I bring?
Bring some healthy hydration and a towel or yoga mat to lay down comfortably for the gong sound relaxation?
