We are a very accessible school, open to all nationalities, religions and cultures.
St John’s is a wonderfully unique educational institution which combines the traditional Christian values of fraternity, integrity and respect with the rigours of a 21st century international education. With these values, we hope to inspire, challenge and prepare pupils in an enriching and altruistic ‘family’ environment.
St John’s has been serving both the local and expatriate communities in the Brussels area for more than fifty years.
The curriculum of St. John's International School
The curriculum is based on the International Baccalaureate, and further supplemented by additional exams that are offered to pupils in the upper years. Naturally, French is the second language at the school, but classes in other languages are also offered. A complete learning programme is also available for pupils with special needs. With a pass rate of over 93% for the International Baccalaureate over the last five years, St John’s is undeniably one of the best schools in Europe. More than 95% of our pupils go on to study at top universities around the world.
The St John's International School modern campus covers 12 hectares and includes, among others, a sports hall, three libraries, five computer rooms, sports fields and an arts centre that houses a 400-seat theatre, all combined with stunning modern architecture.
