The Ultimate Hallucination Restaurant & CafeRoyale, 316 - 1210 Saint-Josse-Ten-Noode
A gastronomic voyage in time
Return to the Belle Époque
After undergoing several years of work, The Ultimate Hallucination has been completely renovated in its original Art Nouveau style. Everything belongs to the era - the woodwork, the furniture, the fireplaces, the stained glass and the wallpaper. At The Ultimate Hallucination you can truly experience what the building was like when it was designed in 1904 by the architect, Paul Hamesse.
Different spaces with different atmospheres
The Ultimate Hallucination has been one of Brussels' best known gastronomic restaurants since the 80s. On the menu you'll find classic Belgian dishes, as well as breakfast, cooked or continental style.
In the building there is also a cafe-brasserie, The Ultimate Hallucination Café. All aboard for a trip to the 30s! This reconstruction of a train has a very special atmosphere, both cosy and friendly. On the menu are generous sandwiches, burgers and salads, and don't forget to try the Pierogis, a Polish specialty of the chef.
When the weather is nice, you can laze outside in the summer garden.
The magnificent VIP lounge, with it glorious stained glass and beautiful Art Nouveau dome, can be reserved for evening events. And for night owls there is an underground night club, with a separate entrance.
Don't leave The Ultimate Hallucination without visiting the art gallery in the 19th century basement.
