ZODIAK invites you on Friday 15/6 for another fine electronic music night: we're glad to welcome again Berlin-based Sierra Sam and Pascal Hetzel, last year they played live as CYRK for the 2017 Pride, alongside with Dusty Kid. Gerome Sportelli is our 3rd guest, from Liège. Brussels crew Beatronic will make you dance all night long at the Top Floor, with Léolo, Yvon & Kompo.

Sammy Goossens aka Sierra Sam has been active in the electronic music world for more than 15 years. Starting as a party promoter in his home town Liege (Belgium ), he shortly hit the studio to produce music for labels like Reload Records, R&S Records, Rotation Records, etc.
Now Berlin-based, he performs live with Pascal Hetzel as the duo CYRK. Sam is back at ZODIAK this time for a DJ performance.

Gerome Sportelli started making music in 1992 after the Acid House and New-Beat movement from late 80s he comes from.
During the 90s Gerome was involved as a clubber, producer, DJ and party promoter in different projects in his hometown, Liège.
After working with Sierra Sam on their label “Serie Records”, he launched his own label, KRAX Records, and developed the mythic Chicago house sound which he loves to mix with electro and techno influences.
As time passes, Gerome got involved into more minimal and techno sounds.
PASCAL HETZEL (CYRK, Analog Room)

Since moving to Berlin in 2013, Pascal Hetzel has been a steady presence in Berlin's large electronic music community. After a string of first releases, he decided to keep his head down and focus on honing his studio skills. Combining dark strains of industrial-tinged techno with an old school sensibility, his sound incorporates heavy drones, classic electro and the odd breakbeat. All well-worn tropes within electronic music, but Hetzel found a way to make them his own and to come up with his own interpretation of those classic sounds.
