A viral clip of the moment involves a song we have all heard, “Happy” by Pharrell Williams. The Brussels version of the video has been circulating on the web for several days.
The minds behind the video are three Brussels natives: Fatima Ftaich, Oliver Jung and Jean-Yves Kitankou. In a little over 3 minutes, they put together this artistic project containing a strong message. The three creators of this video remind us in their own way how rich Brussels is, notably for its diversity.
After 5 days of filming and editing, this clip along with the hundreds of participants from Brussels was ready to face the internet. Look closely at 1:27, you will see Joëlle Milquet in the Sablon. Most importantly, like the many other videos of this song across the world, this one is designed after the original. Only the hat that stole everyone’s attention at the Grammy Awards is missing…
