The fine weather is with us, as is the season for evening aperitifs on the terrace and/or with friends. After the success encountered last year and the return of the long evenings, a selection of wine bars and wineries are joining forces. On the program, Swiss AOC Gruyère cubes and Wine tastings.

We would recommend the Gruyere AOC, the famous Swiss cheese that owes its name to its area of origin, La Gruyere in the Canton of Freiburg. Over the centuries, Gruyere AOC has acquired an important place in every gourmet's heart. Made from raw milk, it conveys all the many flavours of the pastures, with their immense diversity. This cheesy delicacy will be put out to taste from the 10th June to the 1st July all over Belgium.

Improved aperitifs!

Every Thursday from June 10th to July 1st, the "Swiss cheese" will offer to a selection of wine bars and wineries some of their AOC Swiss Gruyère. Furthermore, the "Swiss Cheese" will propose a Swiss wine tasting. Hostesses will distribute among other things "Scratch & Win" tickets to allow tasters to win a pair of flip-flops or a piece of Victorinox luggage.
