Bicycity :: Bicycles take the highway

On the 18th of May, thousands of people will cycle peacefully and cheerfully through Brussels and into the city centre to demand more space for bikes. Groups of cyclists from all corners of Belgium and from Brussels too, will meet up and gather cyclists along the way. Everyone will be heading for two highway entrances: the A12 in Meise and the E411 in Jezus-Eik.

National Bike Day

You often hear these names on the traffic reports for that's where the traffic normally jams. On BicyCity Sunday, thousands of cyclists will be riding from there to the centre of Brussels under police escort. Sunday, the 18th of May is National Bike Day!
