Easter egg hunts in Brussels

In Belgium, it is the church bells that bring eggs from Rome for Easter. They won’t be skipping over Brussels when they drop off their egg-celent treasures. Are you ready to search high and dry for chocolate surprises? Head to your neighborhood’s green space and keep your eyes peeled!

Brussels Center

On Sunday, March 29, 2015, 25 000 chocolate eggs will be dropped in the center of Brussels. Meet at Boulevard Anspach number 46 from 11 am to 1 pm. The event is free, and no reservation is needed.

Centre Crousse in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre

Wednesday, April 1 from 3 pm to 6 pm, children as young as 3 years can look for Easter eggs at the centre Crousse. Crafts and board games will also be organized. Sign-ups are mandatory before March 25 and cost 5€/child.

Parc Elisabeth in Koekelberg

On Sunday, April 5, 2015 at 10.30 am, little hunters from 2 to 11 years old are invited to collect eggs in Parc Saint Elisabeth. The event is free, and no reservation is needed.

Parc Garcet in Jette

The church bells will pass by Parc Placet on April 4. For a great start to the school break, the Jette municipality invites children from 3 to 12 years old to gather tennis balls hidden all over Parc Garcet. They will then be able to exchange them for precious chocolate eggs. The hunt in addition to an inflatable bouncy castle, face painting, and juggling… It’s free, but don’t forget to sign-up before March 25.

Parc de Wolvendael in Uccle

On Sunday, April 5, 2015, tons of chocolate eggs will be dropped all over the Parc de Wolvendael. But the hunt is just one of the many activities for kids: crafting workshop, face painting, a tree climbing adventure, and other games. Meet at the Parc de Wolvendael from 3 pm to 6 pm. The event is free, and no reservation is needed.

Bruparck 

The Easter egg hunt at Bruparck takes place April 5-6, 2015. Kids from 2 to 10 can freely take over the lawn in search of 20,000 little chocolate goodies. Don’t forget to sign up before March 30.

Egg hunt in BELvue Museum

On Sunday 5 from 10 am to 6 pm and Monday 6 April from 10 am to 5 pm, the famous Easter Bunny is coming to visit the museum and hide lots of eggs. All you have to do to discover where they are hidden. Entrance is free for the under 18. Adult entry ticket: 6€.
