FATSABBATS is a self-managed, polymorphous, and safer space created by and for queer and racialised communities and their allies in Brussels. For two days and two nights, it showcases the skills of these communities at the Kaaistudio’s through concerts, performances, exhibitions, memorable sweaty parties, and more.
"In 2019 we had a place of our own, we did everything in it, in every sense. In 2020 we had to close it down but we have healed our wounds since then and have learned from our mistakes. FATSABBATS is now back under a new moon in a nomadic format. As necessary as ever and with the same urgency. What is missing are moments made possible together. • FATSABBATS is a self-managed, polymorphous, and safer space, created by and for the Queer and Racialised communities and their allies in Brussels. It showcases the know-how of these communities through concerts, performances, exhibitions, and memorable sweaty parties. Now nomadic, Fatsabbats is taking over the Kaaistudio's for two days and two nights - programming in progress.
