Established creators will endorse and display alongside emerging young artists who applied. Cinema, design, plastic art, music, publications, and fashion will be emphasized. To further connect the creators and the public, various events will be organized during the event: fashion shows, concerts, film projections, brunches with the creators, and much more.
The NGO Nationa(a)l has three objectives. The social objective: to permit upcoming creators to test their products on new markets at small costs and hit a wider clientele. The regional objective: to improve the attractiveness of Belgium by developing its brand image in Europe. And finally a sustainability objective: to boost the local creative economy and develop employment in the creative sector.
