Stairs for Life, climbing the Belfius Tower!

Belfius has organized Stairs for Life in support of Viva for Life, the RTBF awareness campaign for children living under the poverty level.

This is a physical challenge for a good cause, as the sign-up fee (10 euro minimum) is entirely donated to the operation! Sign up now on www.belfius.com. Race times are every 2 minutes between 9 am and 4 pm, and the cost is a minimum of 10 euros (cash or card) to be paid site on December 18^th. Those who opt out of this climb can also donate 10 euros and ride the elevator up to enjoy the view of the city.

Mont Blanc challenge :: Vivacité & BrusselsLife stepping up to the plate!

Climbing thirty-five times the 969 steps of Stairs for Life, two Brussels editorial outlets – Vivacité and BrusselsLife.be – are uniting under the banner “Defi Mont Blanc” and are climbing to the top of Europe: an uphill, 4,810 meter course on Mont Blanc! Among the journalists at the start of this challenge, some have already climbed up Europe’s highest point, others have run around it, but all are taking this task seriously..

François Heureux, Frédéric Gersdorff, Sébastien Pierret, Sébastien Georis, Olivia Regout, and Frédéric Solvel are putting the finishing touches on their preparation in order to be ready for the looming December 18. And finally, in the entry hallway in the Belfius Tower, a giant video wall will project live images of the stairwell, tweets, and photos of the runners, along with a live music background and break areas.
