IFCAD

Do you need to learn French, or improve your language skills? Come to IFCAD, the French Community's school for social advancement. When it was created in 1965, this school trained the future administrative and economic managers from "developing countries", as they were known at the time. Following the quality training provided in Belgium, graduates from IFCAD usually went back to their countries of origin to ensure effective administration.
