With his first album (l'Homme Descend du tram -2006) and almost 200 concerts in Belgium and France (Francofolies de Spa and de La Rochelle, Botanique, Halles de Schaerbeek, Atelier 210, Festival Un Soir Autour du Monde at the Abbaye de Villers-la-Ville...), BaliMurphy has become step by step known and it represents one of the great bands of the rock scene and French music in Belgium.
This increasing success is confirmed this year with the release of the «Pousssière» album, recorded in Brussels, at the Pyramide's studio and produced at the «La Source» studio, in Paris...
Pay tribute to Poussière
Poussière is the paradox between the joy and the force of living on one hand and the futility of existence on the other hand- since will gone die anyway one day- that is the reason of being of the band and of this album. Months, years of artistic, human meetings, nostalgic joys and happy despairs walk the roads of these songs. They are surely an achievement but also a point of departure. Because the lives of certain people resemble the other's lives and because there will be lots of other lives after us. Because the future brings us back to the past, because music is infinite and because there are hundreds of planets that wait for us. BaliMurphy will concert to lots of summer festivals : Festival Vibrations at Malmédy, Francofolies de Spa, Esperanzah!, ...
