Nonbe Daigaku Nonbe Daigaku

Taken by storm for some time (supposedly that augurs well) by the Nipponese community of Brussels and by us, Belgican natives in search of delights, this Japanese address brings off the impossible: getting everyone to agree. Here, there are no flowered kimonos for dressing up the delirious antics of a chef with a bandaged forehead. Mr Suetsugu is a reference, having been for 30 long years a Sushi Master in Tagawa - that sets the level - and now that he works within his own walls, he quite simply carries us off to Tokyo for the duration of the meal. Everything is there: produce of exceptional freshness, harmony of flavours, attentive service and that proverbial eastern kindness.
