It is a Bruxellois who becomes the chef of the year for the 2019 edition: David Martin, head of the brewery "La Paix" in Anderlecht. More than a chef, he's really a personality, "a man of experience who knows how to be creative and daring. His inspiration comes from French, Belgian and Japanese cuisine.
