Following the exhibition of its butterfly collection, the Royal Museum of Central Africa continues to show us its hidden treasures, presenting a selection of approximately 200 objects never before taken out of its storerooms: hairstyles and headdresses.
The exhibition tells the story of how the 2,000 objects of this outstanding collection came to the museum and shows the recent documentation work that reveals the surprising lives of these headdresses.
