Create space in your schedule to feel happy and balanced while you escape the desk to re-energise.
Join us every Monday at 12h00 for an hour dedicated to unwind, release and reconnect with your body and mind in this beautiful, green oasis in the heart of the city. The Gentle Flow class is designed specially for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice and want to slow down. This class has simple flow sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility, and ends with an extended period of relaxation.
Afterwards, feel free to use our showers and changing rooms before heading home for an afternoon of work (or a long shavasana – hey, no one’s judging). Or, we do you one better! Enjoy a relaxing Sauna session, and afterwards join us for a healthy lunch and a refreshing drink. P.S. There’s also cake!
This class is appropriate for anyone and everyone! No experience or flexibility required!
