The temple to 100% veggie for several years, Dolma and its Tibetan atmosphere is still fantastic. To really experience the creativity in terms of flavours and produce, you must try the famous buffet with its key dishes: pepper seitan steaks, giant stuffed mushrooms and vegetable tarts.

At the back of the well-known organic shop of the same name, the charming team at Tsampa prepare tofu and other seitan-based dishes to make your head spin with delight. Miso, assorted algae dishes: this is a magical place where new tastes are just waiting to be discovered.

Another establishment in Ixelles is the winter garden at Shanti. The subtle dishes are very unusual, and always refined. Those who cannot live without eating fish will also find something to their taste here.

Welcoming, precious and out of the ordinary, Het warm water is a peaceful haven in a typical Brussels style. Both veggie and non-veggie dishes share pride of place on the menu, whereas children can go and discover the gingerbread corner.
