Guide Michelin Belgique 2010

The new edition of the Michelin Guide has chosen more than 1.500 hotels and restaurants from all comfort and price categories. Brussels Winners....

The vintage 2010 is henceforth known, not of big revolution, no great surprise! Brussels, European capital, is always an orphan of one three macaroons... Karmeliet in Brugge and Hof Van Cleve in Kruishoutem continue to hold the height of the pavement of the Belgian gastronomy by keeping the biggest distinction.

In Brussels, the summit of the gastronomy thus peaks in two stars. We thus find in the summit the following establishments: Comme chez Soi et Sea Grill.

Towards the Brussels newcomers in the studed of the Guide Rouge:
- La Truffe Noire
and raise proudly their first stars. They so join 't Stoveke, La Paix,
Michel, Le Passage, Bon-Bon, Bistrot du Mail, Chalet de la Forêt, Senza Nome, Marie, San Daniele, Terborght and L'Ecailler du Palais Royal.

As for "Bib Gourmand", which let us let us remind it select establishments proposing a quality cooking kitchen at the maximum price of 35 Euros for a menu:
