I had dreamed about it, and Wellness Helena has made my dream come true! There’s a gem of a cocoon devoted to well-being and hydrotherapy hiding behind an insignificant frontage in that lovely little district of Berchem-Sainte-Agathe. So why not cross the canal to do ourselves some good?!

Wellness Helena is a well-being centre organised around a 30° heated swimming pool with hammam, jacuzzi and sauna. A touch of the tropics beneath the Brussels sky! In order to respect the general intimacy, swimming costumes have to be worn. The centre, which is available to the public by appointment, can also be hired for private sessions, when you’re free to abandon the costume…

From hot stones to Reiki via relaxation and peeling, Wellness Helena makes it a point of honour to enhance its massages with products that are 100% natural: organic essential oils, ass's milk, and so on.
