Jogging in Forêt de Soignes
The best way is to follow the arrows, from the ADEPS Center of the Forêt de Soignes. Everything was made to make you feel comfortable. A panel shows you the starting point of the different courses and colored arrows guide you along the way.
Features: 3 different courses with their own color. The green one means 5 kilometers, the blue one 10 kilometers and the red one 20 kilometers. Make your choice according to your physical condition.
Keep in mind that the forest is still a natural, delicate and protected space. Which means there are rules which have to be followed, in order to not spoil it and to not be given a reprimand by the forest ranger. Don't pick up the plants, do not shout, in order to not frighten the animas.

How do I go to the Forêt de Soignes ?
You can reach the Forêt de Soignes using different ways.
By public transports the bus 72 leads to the ADEPS Center of the Forêt de Soignes. The metro station Herrmann-Debroux is very close too. Choose your itinerary with the Stib.
Drivers will find a car park under the bridge leading to the ring. And don't forget the carpool. You will be running in the heart of the beech groove cathedral, away from the exhaust fumes, in the shade of trees, which are sometimes more than 200 years... Marlène Izere (St.)
